Bienvenidos!

It was time again for a technology upgrade and while at it add some new content and completely transform the look of the site. There are exciting development plans but that all depends on your continued support now that Focus On Panama / Panama Sights is on its 13th year of operation!. We hope you enjoy the addition of a richest media experience in my site. The site is best viewed with FireFox 2.0 or Internet Explorer 7.0, older versions might exhibit some visual aberrations.

Beside the total transformation of the main site you may have found that your old links have been moved around a bit and the forums have been thrown away and replaced by a new system at the expense of having lost the user database and messages. There is also new content available and we hope for your continued support not only in visiting the site but in visiting the sites of our sponsors and advertisers.

A land divided, a world united

By some Panama is poetically called "A land divided". Panama like any other country may be divided by political affiliations but luckily it is doing well in continuing to be the melting pot of cultures and races. It has been called a divided land because of the large gap that was hacked on its middle for building the Panama Canal.
